Richa represents CPP Investment’s shareholding in team.blue and as a Managing Director in the Direct Private Equity group at CPP Investments leads their investments in the Technology sector in Europe. In addition to team.blue, Richa has been on multiple other Boards including Visma, Octopus Energy, and Aareon Software for CPP.

Prior to joining CPP, Richa worked for over a decade in private equity at CDC Group and Standard Chartered Private Equity. She has an MBA from London Business School.
