RegisterGroup (previously part of DADA) was founded in Bergamo/Florence, Italy, with a focus on serving SMEs in Italy first, then expanded acquiring brands in South Europe, UK and Ireland.
Combell Group was founded by Jonas Dhaenens in Belgium and quickly became a leading digital enabler for entrepreneurs and small businesses across Northwest Europe with customers in Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland.
TransIP Group was founded in the Netherlands, using automation and self-sufficient technology to make life simpler for its customers.
With such close alignment in their goals, it became clear that the three companies would be stronger together. team.blue was formed through the merger of Combell Group, Register Group, and TransIP Group to provide comprehensive digital support to SMEs across Europe. It brought together brands from Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, France, Portugal, the UK, Spain and Switzerland. Jonas Dhaenens, founder of Combell Group, was appointed CEO of the newly formed team.blue.
