Non-Executive Board Member

Jon Wrennall is a non-executive team.blue board member. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the technology sector in roles including HMRC’s first CTO, advisor to AppDynamics, CTO for Fujitsu and over 10 years at Accenture.

As CTO of Advanced, Jon drove innovation, leading the Product and Engineering teams to deliver 100+ products and services. In addition, Jon created the product and technology strategy and transformational change that increased enterprise value from £725m in 2015 to a £2bn exit in 2019, integrating 9 acquisitions and launching 15 cloud products in the process.

Before Advanced, Jon was CTO for Fujitsu UK&I and spent time in the public sector, where he was CIO, Transformation Director and SIRO at the Valuation Office Agency. Prior to this, he was Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs’ first CTO, leading the integration of the former Inland Revenue and Customs & Excise organisations.

Jon is a firm believer in the 4Ps – Pace, Passion, Pride and Professionalism, a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the British Computer Society and founding Fujitsu Fellow.
