Tim is Chief Group Services Officer at team.blue, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading operational transformation, integrations, and cost optimisation across technology, telecoms, and media businesses in Europe. He leads the Group Support Services organisation, with responsibility for shared group functions and group-wide programme delivery, building scalable and efficient capabilities that support team.blue's continued growth.
Before joining team.blue, Tim served as Group COO and subsequently Chief of Transition Operations at Technicolor and its successor company Vantiva, where he held executive responsibility for group operations and led large-scale transformation programmes, as well as major separation and integration projects. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Customer Operations at eir, Ireland's largest integrated telecoms provider, leading an operating model redesign that delivered measurable improvements in customer experience and efficiency. Earlier in his career, Tim held senior finance and operational leadership roles at Everything Everywhere (EE) and T-Mobile UK, and began his career at PwC in Melbourne.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
