Deputy CEO team.blue

Ido joined team.blue as Deputy CEO on 7 September 2026 and will assume the role of Group CEO at year-end, following more than two years as Strategic Advisor to team.blue’s SaaS division. He brings more than 20 years of experience across technology, cybersecurity and finance, with a strong track record of building, scaling and transforming global technology businesses.

Before joining team.blue, Ido served as CEO of Outpost24, a leading European cybersecurity company focused on exposure risk and identity management, backed by Vitruvian Partners. Prior to that, he was Group CEO of Kape Technologies, a London Stock Exchange-listed digital security and privacy company. During his tenure, Kape grew from approximately $38 million to more than $620 million in annual revenue, serving 7.5 million paying customers globally, and became a category leader in digital privacy and security. In 2023, Kape was acquired in transaction worth $1.75 billion in enterprise value, one of the largest technology take-private transactions in the UK. Earlier in his career, Ido was the CEO of VisualDNA, a data and analytics technology company, which was acquired by Nielsen in 2016 in 2016.

Ido holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and has also studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Bar-Ilan University.
