Group Chief Human Resource Officer

Gaia is Group Chief Human Resource Officer at team.blue, where she leads the group's people strategy and organisational design, building a high-performing environment where people live our core values and thrive in their work.

She joined team.blue in 2022 as Director of Transformation, where she led group-wide transformation initiatives, building the foundations for operational excellence and scalable ways of working across the ecosystem of brands. Her move into the CHRO role reflects a natural evolution from transforming how the organisation operates to shaping how its people grow and develop within it.

Before joining team.blue, Gaia was an associate partner at McKinsey's Milan office, supporting clients in transforming their organisations, improving performance, and managing change, with deep implementation expertise in operational excellence, lean management, and capability building. Earlier, she spent two years as an engineer with the Kaizen Institute, followed by a role as a knowledge expert at EFESO Consulting. She holds a Master of Science in engineering management.
