Bilal brings more than two decades of industry experience to his role as Chief AI & Data Officer for team.blue.
In his current role, Bilal is responsible for the group's data and AI strategy, overseeing platform consolidation, enterprise analytics and the development of AI capabilities across team.blue.

Before joining team.blue, Bilal held senior leadership and C-level roles at Scout24 Group, Wefox Group, Paul Tech and Rocket Internet, where he led enterprise data strategy initiatives and operationalized machine learning at scale. His experience spans fintech, real estate marketplaces, insurance and energy sectors, with a track record of building high-performing teams and translating data into actionable business impact.
