Chief Growth Officer

Benjamin Lang is Chief Growth Officer at team.blue, where he leads the Group’s growth organisation across Customer Success, Cross-Sell, Marketing, Customer Experience, and strategic growth programmes. His focus is on creating a more connected customer experience across team.blue’s portfolio of brands, accelerating organic growth, and driving greater collaboration across markets and business units.
Before joining team.blue, Benjamin spent nearly four years at Shopify, where he held senior commercial leadership roles and helped scale the company’s presence across Europe. He led international teams, launched new geographies, and developed go-to-market strategies for businesses ranging from high-growth startups to large enterprises. Earlier in his career, he held commercial and leadership positions in the technology sector, building expertise in sales, growth strategy, and international expansion.
Outside of his professional career, Benjamin represented France as an Olympian in rowing, an experience that continues to shape his leadership philosophy around performance, teamwork, resilience, and continuous improvement.
